Pasting from Word and Subscribing: a note to Shirley's class
Just a quick note for those of you cutting and pasting from Word: Before pasting your post into the box, click on the "Switch to plain text editor" link under the box.
Unfortunately Word and the internet don't play nicely. If you really want to use Word to write your blog, and you want to retain the formatting from the Word document, you can use the "Paste from Word" buttong in the rich text editor. Contact me if you can't figure this out!
And by all mean subscribe to the group page by clicking "Subscribe" at the bottom of this page and then selecting "Subscribe to this page" from the options that will be listed. You will then receive emails whenever someone adds content to the group.

Cross Posting and Groups
Hi all,
Just a reminder to post links to your blogs on all your external sites and social networks (facebook, myspace, twitter, etc).
It will really help us build the community. And . . .
Also, don't forget to join some of our groups or even create your own group. Just click on "Create Content", and then "Groups". Then invite your community to join you using the "Invite friend" link on your new group page. Let me know if you need any help doing so.
