About Timothy

Bio

I am a teacher and researcher at Oulu University and Oulun Lyseo high school in Oulu Finland. Critical pedagogy and Queer Action Research in Education (QUARE) are my main interests. My doctoral action research focused on exploring the possibilities and limitations to foster teacher empowerment and promote Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (GLBTQ) educational equity in schools.
